![]() They specifically emailed me & said that once they received all the items, they would process my refund. I had small hands helping me & apologized for the mix up. I explained to the company & they could very clearly see all the items were there. The fact that they say the items we not in correct boxes? It does not state the packages even have to be returned. We exchanged many emails over these returns. (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Once again, we take return fraud very seriously and your returns will not be processed. The contents of your returns did not match any of the packaging, including fake products. ![]() ![]() Your returns did not meet the requirements stated in our FAQ, so we are unable to process any refunds at this time. I have bought many things from them & never had any issues. If it didn't look good on me, why would I keep? I am owed over $200 & I'm very disappointed in them. They just kept changing stories & putting me off. On April 12th & i still haven't received anything from this company. Then another email a few days later saying they were returning my items & should be shipped within 24-48hrs. Then I asked for my items to be returned & was told due to COVID all items were destroyed. That is not stated in the returns policy & they had all the packaging. They received all the items & they then send me an email stating as per returns policy the items needed to be returned in their original packaging. ![]() I tried to explain this & they said once they receive the correct items they would issue my refunds. They said I didn't return any of the items? What happened is they got mixed up & that was it. I had some help & after the business received the items to to they immediately started in about how they take fraud very seriously, I get that. I returned these orders the next day from receiving them. ![]()
